I was wondering which visa would be the best to apply for: 186 ENS OR 190 Visa? My employer is happy to nominate me. Actually, no conditions will be imposed on your visa, but in the visa application form, you must declare that you agree to work in the nominated position for at least two years. Does it matter that I have only worked for my employer for 6 months? Is it still possible for them to nominate me? Yes you may be eligible to apply under the Direct Entry stream.
