189 Visa: Previous countries of residence

Hi,

 

I am writing 189 visa form and I do not understand one part:

 

for each last permanent address in the country, I seriously do not recall the exact date (as it asks for specific date) and I only know roughly about months. In this case what should I do? this date from and date to is really making me stressed.

If in doubt, it is probably wisest to err on the side of caution and put down full months when they may only be partial (i.e. you moved into a property in May 2004, but you can't recall which day. In that scenario, I'd suggest putting 1st May rather than anything else).

 

That said, this is one that a MARA agent would be far better positioned to respond to than me.

I did what cider drinker suggested. As long as your ducks line up and there aren't periods where you don't live anywhere it's ok

the form 80- All holidays you have taken. Ever! Dates got me (thankfully passport stamps helped but they aren't done anymore)

In fact, this is not form 80. Anyways do I have to fill out every country I resided since birth?
