medicare uk reciprocal agreement

As you hold PR the UK reciprocal agreement has no bearing whatsoever. You get the benefits of medicare irrespective of nationality with PR. Where the reciprocal agreement comes into play is with temporary visa holders. For instance, there is no reciprocal agreement with Ireland so an Irish passport holder on a temporary work visa has no access to medicare, while a UK passport holder would.

Thanks guys. We have to fill out the form again??? I think everyone on the application had to be there in person? Is this true??

Sorry, I assumed you were in the UK - are you transferring from another visa although looking at the form it does say applying for PR whilst in the country - there is a contact email on the form that you can use to ask them directly.
