I would like to ask if anyone here has done the ACS professional year program and could share how long it took them to subsequently get a skills assessment from ACS (and to get a 189 visa if you've done that). I am curious as to whether processing after professional year, especially by ACS, would be relatively fast, because it is their own program so I would assume they would not have much verification to do. VicViP Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 Hi fifthyeight, I did ACS Professional Year Program on Feburary 2015 till December 2015 (including 3 months internship). 2-4 weeks after the completion of professional year, you'll receive all the necessary handouts so that you can lodge in your skill assessment to ACS.
