The quoted processing time for a 187 visa is 6 months from the time you lodge the application. This time can be shorter or longer, and if you haven't provided all the required information at the time of application, it's more likely to delay things. At best, you can hope this is a sign your application has been assessed and this may be the last thing they need, so fingers crossed it'll be a few weeks after you've completed the medical check.
