I have trawled the net and only seem to find very old posts or conflicting and terrifying information! My partner and I intend to move out to oz in the not so distant future and I like to be prepared. Does anyone know the system for uk plumbers transferring their qualifications to oz licences? We are looking at Queensland or wa as possible places to go. I have read on some sites that you have to pay thousands and go to tafe in order to get your full licence in Queensland, is that the case? I have also read elsewhere that you can register in nsw much easier and then transfer the licence to queensland aafter, is this true? What is the system for wa, I can't seem to find any info at all?
