How the new criteria affected accountants Assesment of Qualification

Dear All,

 

As you know that required knowledge areas have been changed by all the accountants assessing authorities,i,e CPA,ICAA,IPA. It will be interesting to know what is the outcome change in revised assessment criteria? Are members of ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICMAP, ICAI etc still getting positive assessment from the assessing authorities.

Although I haven't heard any official confirmation, I would assume that qualification with the bodies you mention will be fine. I may be those with various university degrees that may find some of the required modules may not have been covered.
