I have just filed my tax return for this FIN year. next June 20 16 will i be able to claim all my tax back for this new financial year, I will be working from now up until early Dec. Thanks in advance You might have overpaid to some degree, but the Australian personal allowance is pro-rated so unless you are on an extremely low income, I would think there is no way you would get "all" your tax back.
