If I submit an EOI now and get invited in early June, will I be affected by the new rules if I submit my application later than July 1st (but still within the 60 days following the invitation)? The 1st of July is merely a date for setting the timer back to D -12months. Only people at risk of being withdrawn for the SOL CSOL lists might be the IT crews and accountants... Changes in SOL.
