We're up in Alexandra Headlands but all the people we met when we first got here live in Caloundra as we started off living in Kings Beach. Have you taken the young one to any playgroups? We haven't been to the group for a while now we're up in Alex, I think it was a Tuesday when we went. There's also one in Maroochydore, which is probably closer, but I haven't been to that one. ADG Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Hi New to the site and looking for some help/advice We are looking to relocate to the Caloundra/Pelican Waters area later this year from Colchester Essex. Does anyone have any views or experience (good or indifferent) about Caloundra State High School for my 14 year old daughter? My daughter is heavily into sport...netball, badminton and horse riding....any local clubs? Can anyone recommend a good local doctors, dentist and veterinary practice (work experience for daughter)? We would also appreciate any leads to some short-term accommodation upon landing until a rental property can be arranged.
