Nick Brighton Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 Hey folks, I'm applying for a partner visa (801) and I'm confused about a question in a section called...[h=2]"Applicant’s Immediate Family Members"[/h]The question in this section is... "Does the applicant have any parents, siblings or children including those that are deceased?" Does this mean I have to list all my family members, even if they're not planning to emigrate with me?
