Guest yvetteb1 Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 we will be looking to rent in sydney in june. there is only 2 of us, so we only need a 1/2 bedroom apt. what kind of prices do you pay? Are all rentals subject to that open viewings malarky? we are prepared to pay cash upfont for 3 months so will that give us a better chance if we are up against other prospective renters?
