SGHJLL
The ratio of (adult) children in Aus v UK is 1 PR in Aus (me) and 3 other daughters in UK for my parents (hope that makes sense to you). Two of my sisters are from my mum's previous marriage and one is from my dad's previous marriage. I am the only one they had together. Does this have any impact on the ratio or are they all included in the calculation for a possible aged parent visa?
Freesia
Yes they need at least half of their children together to be Australian PR's or Citizens in order to pass the Balance of Family test. They do not currently meet that requirement.
