srg73 Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 There are loads of them as when purchasing with a mortgage you have to obtain an independant valuation for mortgage purposes. Why not simply change agents or are you judging the agent as not very good because they will not give you the price you want to hear? There are web sites that give sales histories for Aus, not as good as UK sites but still gives you some pointers.
