Then reapplies and is granted a 4 month COE - to finish the course. The Student is from a high risk country. Will there be an 8534 condition attached to this visa?. I know that condition 8534 is MANDATORY for AL 3 students if the overall study is less than 10 months but I just wanted to see if this still applies for failed subjects in the same course.
