We arrive 14 feb and stay with friends then on 17th move into the house. We did have friends to look at property for us. It's very expensive as 7 months, upfront but at least now we can apply for school etc. We don't have jobs yet, but I think I you offer to pay upfront there is no much risk for the landlord really Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
