Aus bound maybe
Hi I'm new to this forum so first of all hi everybody But all though this isn't really emigration thought maybe someone can help, I have got an offer to work in Aus for 3months on a 400 visa but when I look on the immi webpage it seems to read as if I can not be paid by an Australian company during this period but the MA involved says that I can be paid. As I would eventually like to emigrate full time I don't want to risk breaking a visa rule and end up being deported with a 3 year ban if the info I get from an MA is incorrect so has anyone ever come across this before ? VERYSTORMY
This is a very unusual visa and yes you can be paid for work undertaken on this visa. Do you have the specialist skills that this visa requires?

Hi thanks for the reply, the visa has already been granted and now I have also received written confirmation from my MA that the pay won't be an issue flights have been booked and will be out in a couple of days ? I have experience with some equipment that is arriving in Aus soon so visa wasn't an issue just didn't want to potentially risk a full time move further down the line. thanks again for taking time to reply
