Why is cancer more prevalent these days?

A question that is often asked to sadly there are few definite answers but lots of suspicions. Firstly it is said close on one in two of us will get this awful disease. A very high rate indeed. The longer we live the more chance we have of being impacted by such diseases of course. That's the reason one hundred years ago it wasn't so frequent I suspect. Fold died far younger of a hoist of other ailments prevalent at the time.

Lifestyle factors play a role but a healthy diet is all important. If you take countries of the Med region which are quite heavy smokers they have less cancers than in the north. Certain countries specialise in certain cancers. Japan, a rather fit country for most purposes seems predisposed to stomach cancer. Something in the diet.

Sunshine is thought to actively assist against certain cancers but the scare about skin cancer has meant a large number of folk get to little of a natural and very beneficial asset.

Certain cancers are more predominate according to race as well. I am a great believer that underlining stress lowers the body's defences to fight intruding foreign bodies and leave it open to infection. Stay as healthy in mind as in body.
