My Oh was in trouble with the police a while back 10+ years ago a couple of times, nothing major mainly resulting in a couple of cautions no sentences. He had to go to court on 1 occasion but it was all thrown out the outcome was he was wrongly accused of something. My concern about this is as I said it was a while ago and we can't remember dates would this be a problem, also has any one or are you able to do a police check first just to get info as we'd hate to get so far down the line and be refused if we got it wrong.
