  1. Migrate me sorted my Visa out.. No problems. Were the cheapest by a considerable amount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Drive on the same side of of the road but for some reason the window wiper and the indicator sticks are on the opposite side to each other. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I think they changed the rules recently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I don't think there is any pattern in when the grants are given out. Every case Is different. In my own experience, I think it was about 5-6 weeks after they requested documents to visa grant. That was over the Christmas and new year period as well. My own advise to you would be to try and forget about it for a few days at a time. Or just check your emails in the morning when you wake up. Chances are if you haven't had an email by then you won't get one till at least the next day.
  5. Hello mate.. Very late reply but if you haven't all ready attended the interview.. The questions are so basic, it almost caught me out. http://www.vetassess.com.au/skills-assessment-for-migration/trade-occupations/guides-and-factsheets Look down on the link and open the fact sheet PDF, they just go through each one of those sections on a slide show.
  6. Not unless you want to work on a cattle ranch or something.. It was along time ago from my experience but you will find farm work easily when you are out there. Some farms can be a right nightmare as well, so I'd just go and check it out as you go along.
  7. 7-10 days I think it was.. You don't need to inform them, your case officer will check when there ready!
  8. Just declare it mate! It's not violent or drug related so as long as you are honest.. You should be fine. I got through with worse
  9. You will meet people with in 1 hour of landing doing exactly the same as you, so no need to worry!
  10. I used an agent and don't regret it at all. I sometimes think I probably could have done it my self, but it's easy to say that afterwards when you know what to do. I used migrate me and they were A* and cheaper than most! Go Matilda talked about very highly on here as well
  11. For me as a chef, I could claim training as experience! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I had to supply vetassess with.. 5 years worth of pay slips, reference letters from every job in the last 5 years. All my certificates (Nvq 2 and 3) full first aid in the workplace certificate, Birth certificate, copy of passport, passport photos. And maybe a p60?? I think that was about it.
  13. There is a a large thread on here somewhere about hairdressing and the vetassess Side of things. I would link it in but I can't figure out how to do it on this stupid tappa talk app. But if you do I quick search.....
  14. with an agent fee, skills assessment, English tests(I failed twice) and visa costs, I would say it's cost me about 5k Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
