Bouncy
So I'm confused about how many points I can claim in my eoi. I'm told mat leave doesn't count but when I put employment dates in my eoi, because I was still employed in mat leave it gives me 65 points! Was going to claim 60 to be safe, do I just shave 2 years off my experience ? If I claim 65 and they say I only have 60 will I get refused even though I still have 60? sorry to ramble, don't want to get it wrong! Thanks in advance!!! In similar circumstances I have advised applicants to claim two separate periods of related employment and a period of unemployment, but do not take this as a considered professional opinion about your case. There is no margin for error, consult a registered migration agent.
