Guest Posted October 6, 2014 Share Posted October 6, 2014 I've edited out a chunk as I checked your posts and see it's all tied in with other stuff and not Aus citizen etc. All good. Hopefully someone will be able to clarify. I'll go look up the form and have a read of it to see if it jogs my memory. Atm I have no recollection of this form even if my son had been included on my application.
