Nick Brighton
Hi all, I'm returning to Victoria in a couple of weeks on a temporary visa, and need to hire a car for the first week on arrival. This will be the first time I have driven in Australia and according to my research, apparently I can use my current UK license on a temporary visa. Could anybody else confirm if this is correct? Many thanks, Nick
ausHWC
Yes this is correct, you only need a VIC driving licence if you are on permanent visa.
