Go ahead and tell them about it - you would not be rejected for something small (both the antidepressants and the cold sore flare ups are VERY small things), but you can be rejected if they find out you lied. What they are looking for in the medical exam are SERIOUS medical conditions that could cost the system more than $35,000 over five years.
