My previous agent made 2 serious errors, which she admits to, hence I'd like to 1) find a new agent and 2) warn others from using my previous agent. Any ideas? Sometimes 'large international migration agencies' retain the services of registered migration agents as consultants (window dressing) and then have unqualified employees do whatever they are going to do, with no consequences.
