thelaurakate Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Hi does anyone know if as the market salary rate increases does your employer has to pay you inline with this? at the time my work sponsored me the minimum was 51400 ( which im on) but on july 1st 2013 it went up to $53,900 and i dont know if it has gone up again this year?? its abit annoying never getting a pay rise, especially when the cost of living has and is going up! i need to know if im entitled to ask my employer to bring my salary inline with current market rate and what that is? many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
