I have a girlfriend in Indonesia and have been dating for 2years. we're planning to get married six months later. The party will be held in Indonesia. We plan to apply Partner Visa, but the Marriage Licenses can be granted two months after our marriage. So before the Marriage licenses granted, can she come to Australia use her Visitor Visa? And is it difficult to apply the Partner Visa by ourself? Or you guys suggest to use agent for apply our Partner visa?
