July 1st 2014 Update on ACT?

Any update or change in ACT Occupation list from July 1st 2014? When they will update and release the new 2014-15 SOL? Can anyone update? seen one change in IELTS.. its overall 7 with 7 in speaking.. what is there Nominations yearly Cycle?

I was on the Canberra Facebook page last night and emailed them to ask if they were revising the list today, this is the reply:

 

Hi JoanneThe CSOL is managed by the Department of Immigration. It identifies the skills that are in demand in Australia and available for General Skilled Migration. The last change was in Feb 2014 and they got rid of a lot of skills. ACT didn't change theirs for the last 18 months prior to Feb. The way things are in Canberra with the public servant slash I'd be surprised if it get upgraded yet. I am in the private sector and things have been up and down since August 2013 what with restructuring and redundancies. Still good here for other jobs according to seek.com.
