Adam Grey
Always welding work around, but maybe not so much in Perth anymore. Are you qualified and are you looking to move over permanently?
Big A
yeah i am qualified and coded in 6g flux core and stick welding. Planning on moving permanently with my family i have 2 small kids. Where would you recommend?
Adam Grey
Well there's some big pipeline projects off of QLD right now, but really depends on what's the best area for you and your family rather than where the work currently is. I see you previously went to WA, but the industry is in a bit of a dip there right now. NT are screaming out for people but it's not everyone's cup of tea there, and there's always going to be domestic boiler work/fabrication in the major cities if you want to move into that field. Big A
I would rather stick with Perth to be honest ,although I would possibly give nsw a go as my wife has a lot of family there.Could you recommend any agents I could use .Dont no if there is a visa when you do not have to sit the ILTS test as it looks to be a bit of a pain. Guest
There are a number of migration agents that post on here but we moved from Scotland to Perth with the help of Overseas Emigration based in Edinburgh - I liked the fact we could meet face-to-face, of course it depends where in Scotland you are. http://www.overseas-emigration.co.uk
Big A
I am from coatbridge so Edinburgh would not be a problem .I have been on looking at a few but would rather use a agent that someone has used and can recommend them .

I work for a migration agency so I'd be a terrible employee if I recommended anyone else!
