Sorry ,I don't understand,It is a 4 year visa and as far as I know as long as I live in a regional area for 2 years and work in a regional area for 1 year ,then I can start looking for work in a none regional area .

Hi there, I have just received my 489 regional visa and I'm planning on arriving in Australia early next year ,I am a welder and was planning on going to live in Mandurah area.I have to work in a regional area for a year and when looking for jobs online there doesn't look like there is a lot of work about.Was just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction where there could be more work about for welders.

Hi again ,could the interest rates be lower if myself and my wife were both working and putting down substantial deposit .like 30% of asking price..or would you recommend renting for 2 years until I got my pr .

Hi all, we will be arriving in Perth at the end of year and was just wondering if you can buy a house on a 489 regional visa,obviously depending on having a steady job and a substantial deposit and have built up sa good credit rating.

Hi there,I've revived my invite and lodged my application for 489 regional visa .Do most visas get granted at this point or is there still a number of things that can trip you up ?I have starter to get my hopes up for a move at the end of the year but don't want to get carried away with things ,can't help myself.

Hi there I have just started my full visa application for perth ,I am a fully qualified welder with 6g codings in stick flux core and i have just moved on 2 pipe clad welding .if anyoe knowes of any companys taking on 457 visas I would love to hear from you as I dont think I can wait the time it takes for the full visa ..Thanks
