ScotOz2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 Hi all :biggrin: I've just researched about getting an RSA certificate (responsible service of alcohol) for Victoria for when i want to apply for bar work when im in Melbourne. (apparently you need one) I noticed that on some sites it says something along the lines of they dont do online courses and they only do in-class training. Does anyone have any idea what this is about and what i can do or how i go about getting an RSA certificate for Victoria because this is where im planning on going when i leave the UK at the end of this year. bell123321 Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 Replied on your other thread but thought i'd post here incase you didn't see it: Check this site out gives good information: http://www.onlinersa.com.au/ Just checked and your right VIC doesn't accept the online course WA,SA,QLD,ACT and NT do accept the online course though. Here is a list of all the places you can get your RSA in VIC: http://assets.justice.vic.gov.au/vcg...idersjan14.pdf you have to do the training face to face in VIC. ScotOz2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Author Share Posted March 1, 2014 yeah i seen it thank you bell123321. il have a more in depth look into the information on that website. i think its best if i just head to melbourne and book a spot at one of the courses. the thing is, i dont know yet if im going to be staying in melbourne for the 12 month duration so i dont know if i should go ahead with that 1 first. ive got ideas in my head of where i want to go, Sydney being one of them, so il have a think about what area of Oz i want to get my RSA certificate for.
