Guest Guest 47403 Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 You don't have to have a case officer to do a medical, but I believe most agents (only from what others have said on here) prefer you to wait until you have a CO and they ask for medicals, but as blossom says ask your agent, you are more likely to find out asking them than us tbh. No you can get a HAP ID at anytime either before applying or by clicking on the health requirements link once you've initially applied it just ties in with your passport number for the purposes of getting your medicals done and allows the medical centre to use the emedical system to upload your results.
