My Girlfriend will be wanting to get her 2nd year visa so does that mean she has to work on the same farm for 3 months straight or can the 3 months be split up over 12 months & different farms. tingtongman Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 it does not have to be the same farm for 3 months, ideally its better to be the same place, as if you stick with one employeer, depending on their work week, you can count days off as worked days.
