mpatel1972
Hi, I have been reading forums and state nomination info on WA\Victoria states on 190\489 conditions. I would like to know, if I received an invitation on 190\489 visa, do I need to have a job offer in my occupation? Do I need to have this offer before going to Oz? Or within a certain time of arriving in Oz? Thanks Mitesh
Ozmaniac
You only need a job offer if that is a condition of getting sponsorship from the state in question. A job offer is not required for the visa application.

Guest Ryan the wizard of oz
That's right. Basically for the 190 PR visa a job offer isn't required unless your occupation was on "off list" nomination scheme. The same applies for the 489 as well. Kind regards
