Your visa strategy is likely to be a subclass 890 or 892 visa: https://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/890.aspx http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/892.aspx The choice as to which visa to go for will be a factor of your business turnover, your investment in your business/es, your net assets in Australia, and how many full time equivalent employees you have.
