5218 Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Hi, I received a 489 visa last month and i have been asking my agent to give me the original grant letter sent by the DIAC. For some reason he only sends me a scanned copy by email saying that the original is not required for travel. Does he have anything to gain by withholding the letter?? Should i report this??
