bigmac Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Bit of a strange question but does anyone know if there is a maximum time limit between lodging an application for a 189 visa & submitting police checks/medicals? We haven't yet received an invite but I'm trying to look ahead as my son sits exams next May & I am trying to work out timescales in relation to this & having to take a trip to validate visa etc. Thank you very much for any help. lebourvellec Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Once you are invited you have 60 days to lodge application - 189 currently states 10 weeks for a CO - once CO request police checks and medicals you have 28 days to get these organized.
