berto Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Hi, our 457 ends in feb and our sponsored just got approval for re sponsoring us again, on the papers it quotes " as the nomination has been approved, the applicants listed bellow should proceed with lodging the application visa if they have not already a holder of a subclass 457 visa" well we obviously are, I rang immi and was told I had to re apply as if it was my first application, anyone done a second application and did you have to start from scratch or was all your previous documents re lodge by immi? The quote refers to people who hold a 457 that still has a long time left before expiry and are being nominated by a different sponsor or in a new occupation.
