Problem is...my wife is showing as her maiden name and her old passport when it comes to printing off the HAP id letter. The hospital are saying she would be flagged as a security concern if we went ahead with the medicals...even though our visa application clearly shows her new passport and married name. I think this has happened due to the Immi website picking up her old passport details as we did get a tourist visa in 2012 for our honeymoon.
