Nursing Coffs Harbour/Mid-North Coast

Hello all,

 

The husband and I are moving to Coffs in August (all going well).

Has anyone had any experience of nursing in any of the hospitals in the Coffs Harbour area?

I haven't got a job yet but plan to start applying early spring.

you need too look on nsw.healthshare site and their be nursing work for RN for coffs hospital. I work in domain nursing homes and we

are after nurses asap

Sorry I've taken a while to respond. Been off of here for a while.

Been keeping a look out for jobs on that site and been in touch with someone from the hospital so I'll have to wait and see. Fingers crossed!

As you probably already know, Coffs has the large Base Hospital and there is a also a smaller hospital based in Bellingen which is around 30 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour itself.

 

Also look out for roles on the Baringa Private Hospital website too: http://www.baringaprivate.com.au/

 

As David said too, many nursing jobs come up within the care/nursing homes, a search on www.seek.com.au or www.trovit.com.au may help.

 

Coffs is beautiful, you've chosen a lovely spot to move to, we've been here now just over a year and we're loving it
