You will have the responsibility for the running of the kitchen, including ordering, quality control and supervision of kitchen staff. This is a temporary role to cover long service leave over Christmas at our facility, Germans Kent House in Broome. The dates of employment will be from 18/12/2013 - 24/01/2014.
