nikkiwd Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 it takes around a week to get to there and the same to be sent back, with a few days in between for them to get it on the system etc. You should bave a letter by 3 weeks after you posted it. Guest Posted September 26, 2013 Share Posted September 26, 2013 hi thanks everyone, received email from them this morning saying they received it,we sent it courier tracked but apparently only tracked whilst in england not in australia which is a bit rubbish but god there safe and sound anyways. now to awake the outcome. always nervous as hear so many people say they been unsuccessful. any ideas on how to track it on the TRA portal ?
