louise7981
I have been invited to apply for a 189 Skilled visa on 2 September 2013. My partner will be included as my defacto. I have managed to obtain 60 points without his skills being included in the application. However, on completing the application, it has asked for details of his employment history. Since I am not using his skills to obtain more points, would I be right in assuming I will not be required to submit any evidence of his employment history? This will be a very difficult task, since my partner is a contractor and has worked in many jobs over the last 10 years so I am hoping that I will not be required to submit any evidence!! I am thinking about contacting the Department of Immigration to inquire but wondered if anyone on here could help me first. Much appreciated, Louise
wrussell
would I be right in assuming I will not be required to submit any evidence of his employment history? If the system is working as it should, which it sometimes does, evidence will not be required.
