CrozierFamily
Hi folks I have read on the Singapore Airlines website that their seats have electrical points for charging things like laptops. I was wondering if anyone who has flown on the big Airbus knows if you can plug a standard UK plug straight into the seat, or do you need an adaptor of some kind? Thanks in advance. Winneth
Better to bring your own adaptor. I bought adaptors onboard and it was about $50. Useful though. It comes with a USB slot.
Goochie
Also depends on your laptop. Some big Dell "Mobile Workstation" laptops pull too much power and the in-seat connector will switch off. Check what the maximum kW rating is at the seat and compare with your laptop. Most "home" laptops will be fine though.
CrozierFamily
Thanks folks. I have a travel adaptor that switches from being Australian or American so hopefully that will do the job.
