The leading real estate developers have now hired the services of leading advertisers and the event management firms to promote the numerous real estate projects. Through property expos and real estate exhibitions the Real Estate Sites in India are properly marketed to the really deserving customers. The real estate exhibitions are not just exhibits of the proposed projects, but it is an opportunity for the customers and other entrepreneurs to understand fully how these real estate projects are going to benefit them in the long run. Through the open forum, the entire queries and anxieties of the customers are rightly taken care of by the leading experts in real estate management.

Investments in real estate in India are expected to grow by nearly 33% and reach more than 50 billion dollars by the year 2010. This is expected mainly due to the presence of a large number of domestic and international realtors in the real estate sector. A leading internationally known realtor recently announced a real estate project worth more than 2 billion dollars near Navi Mumbai, one of the hottest properties in India. The proposed project is very close to the busiest airport in the country. It is interesting to note that this foreign realtor has already mopped up more than 630 million dollars through shares and other means to fund the initial expenses of this mega project.

Land prices in some of the real estate sites in India have now crossed the land prices of the leading metros of London, Tokyo and New York. While the recession in Japan and the U.S has led to declining property prices, in India, property prices are appreciating with no signs of any depreciation.
