Health Care Assistant working in NHS in UK - Is this role transferable in QLD? PLEASE ADVISE

Hi Any advice please..

 

My family and I are looking to move over the QLD in near future, I am a registered nurse and am in the process of gaining the 189 PR visa for us all. My question is around my husbands current job, he is a health care assistant on an acute medical ward in a local NHS teaching hospital, he has a level 2 NVQ in customer care and has completed/maintained all of his mandatory training such as resus and moving and handling required for his role.

He is keen to continue this role either in a hospital setting or in a community setting, however when we have researched on line we have seen Aged Care Cert III recommended which you cant study here in the UK?

Does anybody know of any HCA's with experience and a natural talent of caring gaining positions similar in QLD, Brisbane areas please?
