sweeks Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 Hi When you get your 190 visa and are sponsored by a state have you got to stay inthat state for allocated amount of time and how is it monitored. I havespoken to people who have gone to the state couldn't find work so moved state. What are your options if you cant find work in thatstate. Yes, you are obliged to stay in the state for 2 year and you'd have to fill out a survey (and perhaps get visits from the state officials) every 6 months.
