Guest dwaldron Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Yes, many people get their pension paid into an Australian account, and I think that a lot of people get it paid into a Nationwide account as wqell as they can access the money abroad without incurring fees. He needs to bear in mind that (quite unfairly in my opinion) when he emigrates his State pension will be frozen at the level it was when he left the country and he will not enjoy the regular CPI increases.
