During our medicals for PR a couple of weeks ago, my OH was given a letter to give to her specialist as we didn't take a report with us. the letter gives you 28days to supply the report to medibank health here in australia. her specialist has supplied the report and we are not sure if she sent it to us to supply or direct to medibank. we received the white do not open medical reports today but are now unsure if these have been finalised are do they still require the report? has anyone had anything similar, thanks.
