shrividhya
Hello there, My PR is currently under process and i have a State sponsorship from WA. I am a HR Practitioner and have valid credentials in HR which are Australian recognised as well. However, i have been applying to many work opportunities that i have been finding online, but i do not seem to get any positive outcome and continue to get regret emails. I am a little confused on making a decision, about, should i just visit and live in WA upfront, to get a job or do potential employers contact you based on your reference to applications. Is local experience a mandatory option, and if so, unless you get a job how do you get the local exp, it is like the chicken and egg story.. Can anyone please help me with your perspective ? Thanks much.
WeegieDave
Employers don't tend to interested in you until you are on Australian soil! To get a job you really need to be here. Good luck
